Lynx-Forge

Build. Prove. Trade.

Build the Strategy. Prove the Edge. Trade the System.

A full graphical trading workstation for serious algo traders.

Lynx-Forge is the upcoming Signal Lynx application for creating, optimizing, validating, paper trading, and live trading your own strategies from one local-first command center.

The mission is simple: help you deploy stronger strategies, pursue better real-world PnL, reduce avoidable drawdown, and preserve the portfolio while keeping your API keys on your machine.

Operator Workflow

Build → Validate → Trade → Improve

Lynx-Forge is designed to carry a strategy through the full lifecycle: from first idea to live execution, then back through monitoring and reoptimization as market conditions change.

01

Create

Build new Python strategy plugins or start from Signal Lynx templates like Super-AO and Gypsy Bot style modules.

02

Optimize

Tune strategy and risk-management variables against market conditions to seek stronger PnL and better drawdown control.

03

Validate

Use backtesting, walk-forward analysis, Monte Carlo testing, and stress checks to prove the strategy deserves a shot.

04

Paper Trade

Move qualified strategies into live-candle paper trading so the system can compare real-time behavior against expectations.

05

Deploy

Promote proven strategies into guarded live spot execution using the same exchange-management foundation as Lynx-Relay.

06

Monitor

Track portfolio progress, reconcile exchange state, watch for strategy drift, and reoptimize when market conditions change.

Built for traders who want control.

Lynx-Forge is not a command-line science project. It is being built as a graphical application for operators who want to create strategies, test them hard, and run them with disciplined execution controls.

Full graphical application

Lynx-Forge is built as a visual trading workstation. Strategy building, testing, optimization, paper trading, live execution, charts, logs, and monitoring are handled through the application interface.

Built to improve real-world PnL

The research pipeline exists to help you deploy stronger strategies, seek better returns, reduce avoidable drawdown, and protect the portfolio from weak or stale logic.

Local-first by design

Your stack runs on your computer or VPS. Your exchange API keys stay on your machine, encrypted in the same heavy-duty vault approach used by Lynx-Relay.

Inside The Forge

The Forge is the strategy factory inside Lynx-Forge. Its job is to help you find strategy candidates with real potential, improve them, validate them, and keep them adapting as the market changes.

Built for money, not trophies.

A strategy does not win because it looked good once. It wins by proving itself across data, market regimes, risk assumptions, paper trading, and live monitoring.

The Forge is designed to help the user pursue stronger PnL, reduce drawdown, and preserve the portfolio by pushing strategy candidates through a disciplined evidence chain before live money is deployed.

Continuous improvement loop.

Rolling optimization is being built into the workflow so strategy and risk-management variables can be refreshed against changing market conditions instead of being left to drift.

You own your stack.

Signal Lynx is built around local-first control. Lynx-Forge follows the same rule: the trading application runs on your computer or VPS, your strategy code stays under your control, and your exchange API keys stay local in an encrypted vault.

Your keys stay with you

Exchange credentials are stored locally in an encrypted vault. Lynx-Forge is not designed around handing your API keys to a cloud black box.

Your machine runs the stack

Run it on your trading computer or VPS. Signal Shield can prepare the system for hardened always-on operation.

Your strategy stays under your control

Bring your own Python strategy plugins, adjust execution behavior, tune risk controls, and choose how the system trades.

No cloud key custody. No mystery execution box.

Lynx-Forge is designed for users who want trading automation without giving up control of the machine, the strategy, or the exchange keys.

From research desk to execution engine.

Lynx-Forge is being built to do more than identify candidates. It is also the application that runs them: paper trading, live-candle validation, guarded live spot execution, order management, portfolio monitoring, reconciliation, and reoptimization.

Spot trading first

The first deployment target follows the Lynx-Relay exchange foundation and focuses on spot execution.

Order control

Execution settings are designed around the flavors algo traders care about: order type, size, value, percentage logic, and exchange routing.

Always-on reconciliation

If the computer, VPS, or connection goes down, Lynx-Forge is designed to reconcile exchange state when it comes back online.

Risk guardrails

Portfolio monitors, drift checks, panic-stop controls, and reoptimization workflows help keep deployed strategies inside their validated lane.

Designed for always-on trading.

Lynx-Forge requires an internet connection for live data, paper trading, webhook ingestion, exchange communication, and live execution. It is intended to run continuously on a trading computer or VPS.

If the machine or connection goes down, the recovery workflow is designed to reconcile when it comes back online by checking exchange state, open orders, fills, balances, and active strategy status before normal operation resumes.

Computer requirements

Target requirements are currently expected to start near the Lynx-Relay baseline, with final validation still in progress.

Strategy research, optimization, Monte Carlo testing, and walk-forward analysis can become CPU-heavy depending on symbols, timeframes, data depth, and search settings.

The goal is simple: better trading decisions, better execution, better control.

Lynx-Forge is being built for operators who want to create their own edge, prove it, deploy it, monitor it, and keep improving it without surrendering their stack to someone else.
